Hayman Island inAustralia & Silky Oaks Lodge located in Cairn, Australia are two that I highly recommend. Hayman Island is an island with only one resort. The hotel, service and activities areimmpecable. Scuba or snorkeling, sunset champagne picnics on an uninhabited island....too many to mentionFrom Hayman Island it is a short flight to Cairn.Luxurious "individual tree house lodges"can be found atSilky Oaks Lodge. Again, the lodge, service and activities areimmpecable. Scuba or snorkeling off a yaht onthe Great Barrier Reef, white water rafting, rain forest safari's, to name just a few.

If you really want a great blend of what Australia has to offer, I suggest the following Voyages properties my wife and I visited during our 25th wedding anniversary last year:
Silky Oaks Lodge: tropical resport located near Port Douglas. Daily shuttles to the quaint town of Port Douglas are free and the wildlife is very diverse.
Wrotham Park Lodge (Outback): I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a true outback experience. Outstanding accommodations along with a fantastic setting and a very unique itinerary.
Lizard Island (by far the most indulgent island resort I have ever visited): The only resort located directly on the Great Barrier Reef. Continually rated as one of the top resorts in the world. If you can get there (and it's expensive) it's a once in a lifetime experience.
