Hi Bonniejoy03 - you're welcome! Cartagena is on my travel hit-list as well, so I was also excited to see Karmairi Hotel Spa join the Luxury Link collection!

Venezuela would be nice as well as some of the more interesting destinations in South America like Guyana or Suriname, although I doubt there would be any luxury lodges in these places ;-)
