I don't know if anyone has ever used skyauction.com for airfare - you can get some good deals - I know I have.

If anyone is interested in Guatemala for example, there is an auction on now and no one is bidding $170 + $100 taxes round trip for 1-8 tickets - that is $270 RT from Newark, NJ, LaGuardia, NYC and an extra low cost from some other cities on the east coast - Baltimore, Dulles, etc.



When I went to Guatemala in Feb/March, this is where I got my airfare and if you are a member of an airlines mileage club, you can get miles for these flights - I flew on Continental, got my miles and was able to upgrade to international business for a low cost.
