Just back from Blue Tulum Resort, a beautiful facility, all-inclusive, fabulous rooms. Food and drink were very good, but service was a bit inconsistent, perhaps due to the ownership changing hands while we were there. Resort "talk" is that new owners will have the resort undergo updating, closing for a few months at the end of August.
