Blue Tulum resort & Spa

Hi all,

I just read this on trip advisor about the blue tulum resort and spa. Folks that recently stayed there (June 2010) say that the hotel is closing and re-opening in late 2011 as a clothing optional gay/lesbian resort - anyone else here this?



This is one of the places I was considering as part of my March 2011 Mexico trip but it I think it just got crossed off my list ;-)

I heard back from LL customer service and yes this resort is set to close in September and re-open as a gay resort - LL I think has pulled their packages while seeing if they can re negotiate with the resort

Yes folks it is true, Blue Tulum has been sold to the same people who own the Great Parnasus in Cancun. They are going to call it Pink Tulum and it will be a gay and lesbian lifestyle resort. You could try looking at the Azul hotels "azul sensatori" etc. as Blue Tulum was once run by them so it is similar.
