Lumnia Luxury Suites in Mexico City - looking forward to it

I have to say I am really looking forward to our upcoming Mexico trip and I have to say that the Lumina Luxury Suites in Mexico City is looking like a place worth going to. They have been sending me periodic updates on things that are happening in Mexico City, weather reports, etc. and I just got a really nice email today with a welcome packet - they say they are looking forward to our visit and to let them know if we have any special requests, if we are celebrating any special events, they are preparing our 2 bedroom suite and want to know if we need any special pillows, are allergic to anything,etc. they also sent a packet with all of their spa services, etc.
What time would we like our continental breakfast served in our suite - looking good!

Now that's what I would refer to as great customer service; that alone can add a star to any property. Thanks for the update--we're waiting for you to go there, too!

We are in Mexico and Puebla and cooking class was great - now at Lumina suites and it is all that I expected and more.

lumina was wonderful and we are now at villa premiere hotel in puerta vallarta - very nice - champagne on arrival and a massage

I just returned from 3 days at Lúmina Luxury Suites
and it was absolutely fabulous. "A gem", my husband called it. Despite the floor to ceiling windows which let in wonderful natural light the rooms were quiet and very private. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the two best restaurants in Mexico City. We had a lovely time.

Glad you enjoyed the Lumina - it truly is a gem. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Mexico and Latin America. Staff is great and loved the area
