Playa Viva on Pacific coast

I was checking out this listing and this place looks great - very peaceful and quiet. It is an all inclusive which we do not usually do but I would here. Anyone stay here yet or know of it?

That looks like a place one could realllllly relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax
Not quite all-inclusive, but beer is included. Tips are extra (we always tip at AI resorts anyway) No AC is another issue for me, tho. I'd be concerned about lots of kids, except it only has 5 rooms!
Add that 19% tax and I think I'll stick with Hacienda Tres Rios for easy East Coast access and great food (Playa Viva's beach looks a zillion times better than HTR, no question)

Check out what TripAdvisor has to say about them. They have 35 5-star ratings and ONLY 5-star ratings...some are very detailed (one person seems to have marked ratings incorrectly).

I wish I could add this to my spring Mexico romp but we are already going to be there for 12 days and I would not be able to get more time off from work, plus I can not leave my cat in the care of a sitter for longer length of time. I do have this saved in my favorites for future reference!

It looked completely gorgeous to me, but after some consideration for my entomophobia and arachnophobia, I decided I probably shouldn't sleep in a place that is so "open". I also read very positive reviews for this place. Even when I read about a guy who had a close encounter with a giant, winged bug in the dark of his bathroom, he raved about how awesome the place was. It seems to be for the devout naturist looking for nothing but peace and low key luxury. The place also works on solar power, and from what I gathered from the reviews, it gets VERY dark at night.

We have never had any problem when we stayed in these types of "open" resorts (Amazon area) and various camping trips at home in Pennsylvania - in the Amazon we had a frog in the toilet and some gnats flying around when we left the lantern on and in upstate PA you of course have the stray bear wandering through the campsite but never any problems
