Boyden Valley Winery in Cambridge, Vermont
Hi,
Experience one of Vermonts most unique attractions, walk through the vineyards, take a tour of the fermentation and barrel room and learn about the passion of making wine. We were most surprised when we came across this vinery in Vermont a couple of weeks ago and got some surprisingly good wines to taste.. When you think of Vermont, you think of the Green Mountains, skiing, leaf season and Maple sugar, but here it was a delightful vineyard that you can visit. There are free tours, 11:30 and 1:00, tastings, International award winning wines, maple syrup, Vermont specialty products. The winery is located at Junction of Routes 15 and 104 in Cambridge, VT. Have a look at www.boydenvalley.com

Re: Boyden Valley Winery in Cambridge, Vermont
Hi travelfan
Imagine that, a winery in Vermont! I knew that some pretty good vineyards could be found in New York State, but I never thought they'd thrive in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Well, your informative post on Boyden Valley and its many attractions has set me straight. It's also given my wife and I another wonderful destination to visit when we travel to Vermont by car from Toronto this fall (oct/Nov). Your other excellent posts on several wonderful Green Mountain luxury inns, lodges and resorts (all of which are offered on auctions by LL) have given us plenty of good ideas and choices for accomodation while we're there. Thanx a nillion for all the information.
Curt
