Columbia Cliff Villas

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at Columbia Cliff Villas. We booked the River Room Package on Luxury Link.

Our room had a small balcony over looking the river with a corner fireplace. We could have stayed in bed all day watching the wind surfers and boats pass.

The front desk was very helpful and suggested some local wineries. Due to time we only tasted at two vineyards Syncline - best wine of region - and Marchesi Vineyards: great outdoor, enclosed patio plus wine and cheese with your tasting. We could have stayed a whole week, and I highly recommend at stay in Hood River. It's just an hour drive from Portland!

Looks like a great place for a weekend get-away. Is there any skiing in the area? or was it just a romantic get-away.
