KUDOS to Suncadia in WA and LL Customer Service

We purchased a LL package at Suncadia in Cle Elum, WA (about an hour from Seattle) in 2009. It was our first time there. The property is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. So this year, we wanted to take another nice getaway to Suncadia before Christmas. I purchased another LL Suncadia package, intending to use it at the end of November, 2010.

Unfortunately, right before we took our trip I got hurt at work and have had to undergo shoulder surgery. Our package was going to expire before I would be able to travel. I called LL Customer Service and they put me in touch with the correct person at Suncadia. After explaining my dilema they were very sympathetic and extended our package expiration date a few months into 2011.

I want to thank LL Customer Service and Suncadia management for being so helpful and understanding. Without their help we would have lost the use of our package. When I am able to travel again, we are going to be soooooooooo ready for the trip!

If you haven't stayed at Suncadia yet - I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
