I second that about Craftsteak - a very nice restaurant, I was there during the same trip I mentioned earlier. Plus I love watching the chef Tom Colicchio on Bravo TV's show Top Chef - he just seems like such a nice man! At any rate, he puts together a lovely restaurant. There are so many amazing restaurants in LV nowadays, it is hard to narrow down the choices, I'd love to try Joel Robuchon's Atelier or one of Michael Mina's restaurants the next time.

Don't miss Bouchon at The Venetian...it's a terrific French-style bistro. The food was incredible. You'll want to reserve in advance.

And if you prefer a younger vibe in the casino, go off the strip to the Hard Rock Hotel for the casino with the best soundtrack in Vegas.
