Toberua is a lovely island. Just remember that Toberua in Fijian translates to Snake island. There are hundreds of sea snakes that live on the island and mainly come out of their hiding places during the day at night. My wife and I were eating and a worker ran to my chair and grabbed a snake under my chair and hurledit into the water.

As long as you aren't afraid of snakes then go. The local kids would pick them up and play with them. Our western mentality thinks differently about these things. Good Luck!

TRY RAROTONGA IN COOK ISLAND.RENT A HOUSE VERY REASONABLE AND RENT A SCOOTER.WATER IS SO CLEAR AND THE BEACHES GO ON FOR EVER
