"My Account" Link

From the lL homepage, I can click on "My Account" to see information on packages I am bidding on, packages I have purchased, and any properties I have saved in my "favorites". It would be great if this link was also made availabe from within the Community section, so I don't have to leave that area to see the information. Sometimes I forget how to access this information and spend a bit of frustrating time trying to access it from the Community account links available before remembering I have to go back to the home page. This would put my account information in a "one stop shop".

I'm confused--I have a link on Comm page--upper right:
Register Log Out My Account Profile Messages Help

Then yours looks different than mine. Once signed in, I have the following on the upper right of my Community page: Notifications My Profile Settings Register Log Out. From my LL Homepage, on the upper right I have: My Account Sign Out Help. It appears you have 2 links on your community page that I am missing - My Account and Help.

Very strange. I wonder if it is just mine, of if other community members have the same view that I do.

Now I'm really curious! I'm using Mozilla--perhaps that's the difference. I tried IE and it will not allow me to log in at all. maybe they are working on it as we type...

I'm logged on IE and I have the same options as I had w/Mozilla--including my account

Mine must be broken : ( <sniff> or I only qualify for the jr. version? Or maybe my hubby conspired with LL to slow down my shopping! haha

I tried the "Help" button, but nothing opens up... so it's no very helpful. Has anybody been able to access the Help function? I am using Mozilla.

Hi shygirl724: You're right about the "My Account" link. It will only bring you to your Luxury Link account - not your Community account. The "Profile" link, however, will bring you to your Community profile. For now, they are two separate things.


LL_Travelfan: You're right as well - the "Help" link in the top right corner of the Community links nowhere. I'll look into this and let you know when it's updated. For now, there is a "Help & FAQs" link on the footer of every page. (Shygirl724: There is also a "Community" link at the footer of every page. Probably the easiest way to find your way back the the Community no matter what page you're on.)
