I called today to request that results of past auctions be reinstated on the site. Hopefully, if enough members bring this issue to the forefront, we will get it back.

Re: PAST AUCTIONS
Hi,
Yes, please reinstate the site. It was useful and gave us some guidelines on how much interest was in a property. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

Logged on today to be incredibly disappointed in not seeing Past Auction Results no longer included. This highlights the great values that you can indeed get in participating in the auction process, but was also an incredibly useful feature in gauging what packages were going for, you've basically now rendered your auctions worthless to me, imagine Ebay without being able to search past results. Please reinstate this feature.

How anyone could tag this thread as "solved" is beyond me. I like being balanced in my perspective and I can agree that LL has two sets of customers - the properties and the consumers- but let's get real - without the consumers, there are no properties and everyone suffers, including LL. Removing the auction history is an incredibly short sighted decision. Properties that had difficulty with the publication of past results likely have bigger issues than the publication of this detail. I encourage LL management to take the complaints of the consumers a little more seriously. No consumers, no luxury link!

Re: PAST AUCTIONS
Dittos westove! I TOTALLY agree! I don't know how this can be considered solved either. You are so right - with no or fewer consumers or guests buying, no one wins. I think twice now before bidding.
In fact, how does everyone find it possible to track the outcomes of auctions they want to watch -to get some info on the prevailing market cost so to spea?? I know most of us are way too busy to diary auction deadlines to see what they go for at the very moment an auction ends.Life is too short.........travel now!
