TravelerBen_ll, I don't do FB, but I do have a question. Does Diane plan to have the Sales Team expand their efforts to more South American countries? I would like, especially, to see locations in Chile. Seems like everything is in Peru and Argentina these days. I loved my trip to Peru, but now I want to visit more countries down there.

In the case of Luxury Link, you are consistently adding to the number and variety of your clients (hotels/resorts), but how much survey work do you conduct with your consumers (especially repeat consumers) to anticipate and provide for their future travel interests?

We have engaged w/ focus groups over the years and developed a survey strategy w/ our marketing team. It's important for us to foollow travel trends, but also hear what our loyal travelers are planning next so we can accommodate them...

Dear Diane,
I am sorry I missed the Live Chat last week. We just got back from Albergo San Montano and Mezzatore on Ischia, Italy where we had a wonderful time with 2 LL packages and plan to return to these properties next year.
We have been loyal LL customers for more than ten years and I am a VIP contributor since the inception of the LL Forum.
In the past, our travels have been mostly in Europe and the US. As of late, I see more and more offers in South America, Costa Rica and Eastern Europe. In the beginning, we enjoyed many packages from LL in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Northern Italy. As of late, there are hardly any packages in these countries, even so, the Dollar/Euro relationship is improving and LL is expanding its European customer base from what I can see.
Do you foresee any offerings in these counties. We would greatly appreciate more LL coverage in these countries. I have the feeling, this sector is being greatly ignored or neglected.
