Great stay overall.
Check-in was chaotic. Did not have King rooms available which I requested in advance from hotel (yes I know it is just a request), along with paying for an upgrade to oceanview. The check-in girl did not tell me this. I only realized once we opened the door to our room that we were given two double beds and a view of rooftop. Went back to check-in counter and had to wait in line again to ask about our room and that is when she informed us that no other rooms were available. We had to check back the next day and change rooms. Rooms could use updating but food and service was superb. For the amount paid, it was a great deal. We also did not receive fruit basket at all during our 4 nights.

The food beach and staff is great the check in not so one we did not get the room as stated double beds even thought front desk staff did say they were king bed in the room it did take another day to get this sorted there was no fruit basket but the room was clean. The food was fantastic. They will try to sell you a time share.
