Beautiful Huatulco!
Excellent service at this resort. We were met promptly on arrival by Leticia Carlock. She was very informative, changed her work schedule to meet our needs and was present and prompt to all texts and needs. She definitely delivered the “wow” for this property. We went during the rainy season and the surf didn’t cooperate for beach time, but we still enjoyed our stay very much and still better than the Atlantic side at the moment!

Accommodating and generous staff
We went to relax and it was ideal. It was not super busy, and it was super family friendly. I’m giving them an excellent rating because their staff was incredible. I want to give a shout out to gerente Rogelio Valle and other gerentes from the other restaurants who went above and beyond to help us with our child’s food allergy. They were always ready for her and prepared what she wanted in a safe way to avoid exposure to their food. This is a huge deal because this particular restaurant serves a buffet style. For those of you with picky food eaters with allergies to boot, this resort was so helpful. The other restaurants that serve off a menu were also very accommodating. My husband and I also had an amazing massage in their spa.

Wonderful resort, infinity pools, adult pools
Clean and beautiful resort. Staff is friendly and courteous, rooms are modern,large and comfortable. Employees go above and beyond. Ocean front rooms are very nice, but, this time I had a room with a small jacuzzi on the balcony. So cool!!!!

Waiters were fantastic. I remember specifically Brenda and Jesus in world café being very kind and attentive. It was our last night, and it was great. I will say, I didn't appreciate the early pack up of the food one night. The food was packed up 30 mins before closing, leaving us hungry. And 8pm curfew for the pools is sorta silly. Amazing servers tho. Would love to see absinthe, pisco, hennesy, and Lalo added to the drink menu.
