You can still find glimpses of the Old Scottsdale, the one that boldly called itself "the West's Most Western Town," in Old Town Scottsdale. Today, the city is better known and enjoyed for its fabulous resorts, raucous nightlife, and great golf than it is for cowboys and saloons. Old Town Scottsdale, while very touristy, offers a small look back at the rustic stores and wooden sidewalks that once made up this part of town. A fun way to spend the afternoon, picking through barrels of kitschy Old West souvenirs to bring back home.
