Belizean Cove Estates

What an amazing place to stay! I had the best time while staying at Villa Sol Mate. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I could have stayed longer but we were there for a week. I took walks on the beach, ocean kayaked, road bike to breakfast, and relaxed in the hammock. The pool was just beautiful as well. I would highly recommend staying here. I know I will definitely aim to come back. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation spot.

We had a wonder stay at BCE. The grounds and the villa were well appointed and taken care of. The villas looked brand new. No visible wear on anything. Beds were not as firm as I’d prefer, but we still had a wonderful stay. David and Myrtle are the stars of the property. They took care of our very need! Esmy was also wonderful to work with. She helped me plan my 50th birthday event at the property and I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out! Resort is about 15-20 minutes from town but that was fine. San Pedro was more hectic than I expected, so it was always nice to go back to our villa where it felt more laid back and tropical. The only downside is the beach is not swimmable. There’s a combination of mud and left over sargassum which made it impossible to enter the sea. The pool is very shallow which worked well for us because we had small kids. We also ordered room service several times and it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here!

A wonderful vacation at the Soulmate Belizean Cove Estates. From the time of arrival, David had everything ready for us. Myrtle took wonderful care making sure we had fresh linens / beach towels the entire week. The Villa. was beautiful and we enjoyed early morning, reading and coffee on the veranda to start the day, hammocks to relax on in the evening, hot tub, and more. The villa was beautifully decorated. The beds were amazing all the amenities one could need.

Went to Belize for a girls trip and I would definitely recommend Villa Sol Mate (#8). It is wonderful, very comfortable and a great location. The view is amazing overlooking the pool and the beach. David, the concierge, was very helpful. He arranged transportation to and from the airport, made reservations for dinner and was always available.

Had a wonderful time at Villa Sol Mate on a group mother/daughter trip. We felt safe the entire time. There was a grocery store right across the street from us. We loved all the nearby restaurants, especially Truck Stop, The Garage, Rain and Rumdog. We would use the bikes to ride up to different breakfast places in the morning. The dock was very convienent to get picked up from when we did our snorkling excursion. There was some sargassum at this time of the year, but it didn't bother us. We were still able to use the pool and sit on the patio. Staff is incredible friendly and helpful.
