To get there, simply walk or ride your bike across the Theodor Heuss Bridge (Theodor-Heuss Brücke) from Bismarckplatz. Once you've reached the other side, you may want to first stop at Capri Ice Cream Shop (Brückenstraße 19) before settling down for a lazy afternoon lying in sun, people-watching, or even paddle-boating.
