The best resort in Bali
Out side of the amazing amenities this resort has, people working here are the main reason my family and I have continued to come back here every year for the last five years. I would like to give a special thank you to the follow people. April 29, 2026, from Segara, Sutris at the pool and Erik, from Karang remembered us from are last trip and made sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. May 1, 2026, Fingky from Dava also remembered us and took extra care of our family, she was really nice to our kids. May 1, 2026 Granda Agus from Rimba pool was amazing and really did an amazing service. May 1, 2026, Prita from the Thalassotherapy Spa area was amazing! She took the time to explain how to make the welcome tea that’s offered. May 1, 2026, the person that did our room service today, I believe her name was Dava but I’m not sure. She made a monkey out of towels for my son and he loves it.

Heaven on earth!!!
Had an exceptional stay at Ayana. The rooms and facilities are second to none but the staff are what make this place so magical. A special shout out to Guong in the Ayana Spa and Meri and Sastra at reception. They were all so warm, helpful and hospitable. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!!!

Rooms are clean and very nice ! Biggest king bed I have ever slept in. Pools and the grounds are beautiful. My only and biggest complaint are the instagram people !!! Soooo annoying. Asking people to move out of pools so they could have their shots. I feel like the hotel kinda encourages this behaviour as they had a roped off area for people to wait in to get their shot. It really ruined many of our days. We all paid to be there and use the facilities. Maybe have set times to do this not all day long. The staff were lovely.
