My daughter and I stayed at Ayana, it was our first time in Bali and this luxury stay was my birthday treat and it was amazing from start to finish, the grounds are absolutely beautiful but it is the staff who make this place stand out. I want to give my very special thanks to Tracy and Arvin at front desk reception for all your love and kindness you guys made it all so extra special for us. To De Parma at the rock bar for the fantastic customer service, we absolutely loved having the opportunity to meet you and really wish you all the best, you deserve a lot of recognition for what you do. Also have to mention Donny from After rock, you made our birthday celebration a lot of fun and if you need a professionally looking video, Donny is your guy :) Last but not least, Juni from Dava restaurant thank you so much for that very special birthday dinner, it was our last night at Ayana and I am so glad we decided to try Dava, you tried so hard to make it all perfect and it was just absolutely lovely. When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was very crowded and busy, and we had to wait around 10 minutes to check in. Even in that situation, Reza handled everything calmly and professionally. He sincerely apologized for the crowd, processed our check-in quickly, and kindly offered us early check-in, which already made us feel welcomed and cared for. I never mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. I only brought a small flower for my wife. That’s why it truly touched our hearts when, after dinner, we returned to our room and found a beautiful honeymoon decoration waiting for us. This small but meaningful gesture from Reza made our New Year celebration incredibly special and unforgettable. This unforgettable experience truly touched our hearts, and we will definitely come back

This is a magnificent resort. The variety of luxurious accommodation, restaurants, pools, gyms, and bars means you will never be short of experiences. They have a world class spa, their own beach, and the stunning Rock Bar below the cliff, on the ocean. Above all, it is the staff who work here that make the place so special. Warm, efficient, genuinely caring, friendly, and kind. Special mentions for Ms Aning, Manager of the Resort; the wonderful Reza at the Resort Front Desk; and Sukma at Padi Restaurant. Our stay at AYANA Resort was nothing short of exceptional and so memorable that we simply had to return after leaving. We initially booked an eight day stay before moving to the jungle area of Bali. However, after just four days away, we realised how much we missed Ayana and decided to come back before flying home. That decision alone says everything about how special this place truly is. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. The food across the resort was outstanding, with an incredible variety of restaurants offering exceptional quality and flavours. There is something for every taste, and each dining experience felt thoughtfully curated. Beyond dining, the range of activities, experiences, and pools means that every day can be completely different while still feeling relaxed and luxurious. One of our favourite highlights was the private beach, which is absolutely stunning. We also chose the private picnic experience at Kubu Beach, and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organised, intimate, and peaceful, making it one of the most special moments of our trip. What truly sets Ayana apart, however, is the people. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, proactive, and incredibly attentive. The level of organisation and care is remarkable. From the very first moment at reception, we felt genuinely welcomed by an amazing team, especially Reza and Sastra. Their warmth, positive energy, and attention to detail made us feel recognised and remembered, which added a very personal touch to our stay. Our ocean view room was outstanding, with breathtaking views and every comfort we could possibly need. The room was beautifully maintained, and the convenience of being able to request anything through the app or by phone made the experience seamless and effortless. Overall, our stay went far beyond anything we expected. Ayana is not just a resort, it is an experience built around genuine care, exceptional service, and attention to every detail. We are already certain that we will return next year, and we cannot thank the incredible team enough for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts.

1.The staff member who handled my check‑out wasn’t very polite. He kept rushing me while I was going over my bill. 2. I think there is a big problem with the service at your hotel. The staff are very friendly during check‑in, but during check‑out they are cold and impolite, and they keep rushing the guests. 3. The online concierge’s replies were not very timely, and some of my questions were not answered.
