Wow!
Wow! What a beautiful resort with wonderful service from the staff. Sastra is amazing he consistently provides friendly and professional service at the front desk. He communicate clearly with guests, respond quickly to requests, and maintain a positive attitude. Nadya assist us all through the hotel and have been very friendly and approachable and helpful too. We will definitely have a great time here in Ayana! Thanks Sastra and Nadya!

I didn’t need to leave the hotel for my complete stay.
Exceptional staff and this is because of Fidil he is so thoughtful and kind. Nothing was a problem for him to help me. All the staff were great. The spa is to die for, great therapist. So many fab restaurants to choose from. Pool’s must indulge in the Ocean pool. I will be staying again.
