Inflexible, no customer focus
A completely unresponsive and inflexible place. Not focused on customers at all. Failed to respond to multiple attempts at contact. Once we had managed to get on the phone they did not even think of ways or options for us. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Traditional luxury
I won’t lie....I have a love for luxury....and Ayana ticked all the boxes. You feel so secluded and private at the resort and the grounds are spectacular. We stayed in the Ayana suite and it easily accommodated my partner and I. The suite was spacious, well designed, immaculately presented and pristine. I didn’t feel like there had been other guests before us. The staff are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ayana Resort and look forward to returning again.

Green camp the best!
We booked here especially for the Green Camp and it did not disappoint! Two curious and shy children went to camp, two very happy and confident children came back from camp. Thank you Rahayu and Adi! We will definitely return and book for more days next time.

Amazing service and staff and the resort is amazing too!
We loved our stay at Ayana! The staff were amazing, gracious and so kind. The room was beautiful with a lovely ocean view. Dining was delicious and having the tram to get around was so easy. Special shout out to Sunset bar, Bayu, Tude, Josh and Mika for their attentive service and lovely conversations. One of a kind staff!
