Spa & Massage
Massage was really good and they pampered us well. Served really nice tea later. Very nice ladies who do massage. Definitely recommend. Hotel is quite nice. People here are very welcoming and rooms are quite comfortable with everything provided in the room.

Welcoming, relaxing & luxurious stay at The Banyan Tree
From the very warm welcome by Mr Wat on arrival and the relaxing check in, to the well appointed room that has so many personal touches, the fantastic buffet breakfast and the many dining venues. Every staff member that we encountered were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We have loved our stay at The Banyan Tree.

The best of Bangkok for a reason!
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, personally escorted to a seat, and presented with a fragrant pikake lei. Afterward, the staff guided us upstairs to the clubhouse for check-in, where they detailed the hotel's numerous luxurious offerings. We were then shown to our room, which boasted an amazing view of the city and park. The amenities were plentiful, from the daily refreshing fragrance to a complete set of beautifully scented bath products. Our room was not only beautiful but also spacious, and we were assured that assistance was just a phone call away should we need anything. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, showcasing a diverse array of cuisines and offerings that were truly a feast for the eyes. Finally, the spectacular city view from the rooftop bar provided a memorable backdrop to our stay. The hotel also features several noteworthy four-star restaurants.

A great stay at al older grand dame hotel
Although an older hotel, the Banyan Tree still looks great. The strong points are the large and quiet rooms, central location and facilities. Top notch is the service and the food. The staff is professional and super friendly. Will return!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
