Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

A memorable experience ! I came with my wife and we had one of the best vacation of our lives. Spicy made is our stay more wonderful by making us feel at home all the time.

It was an awesome experience and Spicy made it extra special. I and my wife came in on thursday night at around 10pm. We came in very hungry and tired. After checking into our room, we tried to get food from any of the restaurants but we were told that they had all closed. Somehow Spicy came around met with us and went out of her way to help get food for us. She was able to get the chef at Annabella restaurant to prepare spaghetti bolognese for me and my wife. We had dinner and had a wonderful night rest. If not for Spicy that night, I and my wife would have slept with hunger. The following days, Spicy would always check up on us to ensure we were not having challenges. She would also advise us on certain foods choices we would enjoy more as Nigerians. She also took us on a mini tour round the resort before we did thesame with Noor. Spicy advised we try out the wellness centre to help us relax and we did. The Sauna bath and Jacuzzi was so relaxing. She also told us about the Serenity heated pool which we enjoyed so much. She took us to the activity centre and we enjoyed our gym sessions. Spicy constantly kept updating us on activities at the resort. She kept guiding us and giving us whatever information we needed. We tried out the different restaurants because of her recommendation. We specifically enjoyed Ginjah restaurant on our last night at the resort. Our whole stay was so good that we didn't want to go back home to our country. Spicy made us feel at home all through our stay and I would strongly recommend this resort to my friends. Thanks to Heritage Le Telfair. Our stay in Heritage Le Telfair Mauritius was an absolute luxury experience from beginning to end. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to completely relax and unwind. The adults only area and pool were a wonderful addition and provided a serene and elegant setting throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The service was outstanding from start to finish and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Ashni, who looked after us throughout our entire stay, from our arrival until checkout. Everything was perfectly organised, and she took care of all our reservations and requests with great efficiency. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help, making our holiday completely stress free. We also loved the team at the bars and around the adults only pool. The ladies there were wonderful, highly professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The cocktails and drinks were excellent, and every snack we ordered was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The food throughout the resort was fantastic. One of the greatest benefits was the incredible flexibility of the all inclusive package. Not only did we have access to all the restaurants within the resort, but also to the restaurants at the neighbouring hotels, as well as the restaurants at the golf clubs and surrounding resorts. This gave us an amazing variety of dining experiences throughout our stay. We enjoyed trying different venues every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every single one was excellent. Whether dining à la carte or enjoying a buffet, the quality, presentation, and service were consistently outstanding. The spa experience was exceptional. My massage was absolutely dreamy and left me feeling completely renewed. Having visited many luxury spas around the world, I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Everything was immaculate, hygienic, and beautifully maintained. The therapists were highly professional and truly had magic hands. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. We also loved the wide range of activities available. We enjoyed paddleboarding, snorkelling, kayaking, table tennis, Pilates, paddle tennis, and the most beautiful sunset yoga sessions. We also had the unforgettable experience of horse riding along the beach, which was absolutely magical, as well as an exciting quad bike adventure through the beautiful Mauritian landscape, including swimming in natural waterfall pools and springs. Every activity was well organised and added something special to our stay while maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. The paddle tennis courts were excellent and provided a lot of fun during our holiday. There was always something enjoyable to do, whether we wanted to stay active or simply relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The golf experience was another highlight of our holiday. Both golf courses were absolutely spectacular and among the most beautiful we have ever played. Everything was organised to perfection, highly professional, unique, and truly special. The courses themselves were breathtaking, and the dining experiences at the golf clubs were equally impressive. It was an unforgettable experience and a real privilege to spend time there. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Our room was beautiful, with a spacious bathroom featuring two separate sinks, a large bathtub that we enjoyed every evening, and an outdoor shower that became part of our morning routine. The terrace was huge and offered breathtaking views of the pool and the beach. After exploring the area, we genuinely felt that this was by far the best hotel in the region, and choosing it was absolutely the right decision. Every detail reflected quality, elegance, and luxury. The stunning surroundings, exceptional service, incredible food, luxurious spa, world class golf courses, and fantastic activities combined to create one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. We loved every single moment of our stay. It truly felt like a dream from beginning to end, and we would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday experience in Mauritius. Our absolute favorite restaurants were Le Chateau OGrill La palmair We would also like to highlight the Cavendish Bar and the bar team, who were consistently excellent throughout our stay. The bartenders were all highly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They took great care in preparing drinks, always presented everything beautifully, and provided a consistently high level of service. Their friendliness and attention to detail made the bar experience very enjoyable, and they contributed significantly to the overall quality of our stay. The Cavendish Bar itself was a lovely setting to relax and enjoy drinks, and the atmosphere during service hours was very pleasant. We truly appreciated the effort and professionalism of the entire team

We had a fantastic time staying at Le Telfair. Heena, our host, was incredibly helpful. Service was fantastic in all the restaurants - Spicy was particularly friendly. Golf courses are brilliant, La Reserve is unique, a course that requires a lot of thought! Gin’ja and Le Chateau restaurants were both highlights as was the wellness spa.

🏨 We stayed in Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort, in Bel Ombre, which is best place to have Helicopter 🚁 trips and stay in Mauritius 🇲🇺 . 🌍 Weather was amazing, and room we’ve booked was Deluxe suit, and it was on the second floor of a colonial style house, looking to the river and the balcony was perfect to relax after our daily routines, 💵 Regarding the value, it deserves every single penny you’ll spend, 🧹 the staff was very professional when it comes to the cleaning , and it was like two times a day, 👩🏻 Regarding our Concierge Ms Ashni, we as a Family, we‘re very grateful for her support and help on our Helicopter trip and other occasions ❤️💙💛💚 📧 To Heritage Team, Thanks for an unforgettable experience 💐
