A really relaxing experience in a wonderful setting
Beautiful setting with stunning gardens landscaping and views: a little “Soho Farmhouse” in terms of styling, service personality and vibe. Two great pools. Really nice people, service a bit casual/ slow at times but always made up for with a smile. Even better if: Cresm/ Milk in room for coffee, service up a notch. The only element that really disappointed was the cost (massive mark up) of a taxi arrangement with the hotel, be careful. In Summary we loved our 3 nights here and would stay again on a future Provence Holiday.

Very Disappointing Service
The property itself is beautiful, but the service was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced at a luxury hotel. We came here for a special occasion and expected a much more polished experience, but we had to follow up multiple times, even for basic requests such as water. My birthday cake was also arranged in advance, but it arrived melted twice, which was very disappointing given that this was meant to be a special celebration. We also arranged what was supposed to be a curated private olive oil and vineyard tour through the hotel, but it felt poorly planned. We were simply brought to a store, stood around, and tasted olive oil and wine with little to no proper explanation. It did not feel like a private or curated experience, and it should not have been booked through the hotel. They apologized with a small gift and note, which I appreciated, but it did not make up for the overall experience. For the price and reputation, I expected much better attention to detail, service, and guest care.

My husband and I recently had the extraordinary pleasure of staying at La Bastide de Capelongue. What a feast for all the senses! Beautiful accommodation, fine wine and exquisite food all supported by professional and friendly staff. We have enjoyed many wonderful vacations all courtesy of Luxury Link but this Hotel has certainly offered the ultimate experience.

La Bastide de Capelongue was, of all the places in the world I've visited, one of the most beautiful. Words, and even pictures, do not do it justice. The rooms are luxurious and very stylish, the gardens beautiful, the scenery unbelievable, and the food exquisite. The staff was extremely professional and courteous.
