Hotel with fantastic location near the pyramids and the GEM. Beautiful swimming pools and also restarants. The food was good in the indian and italian restaurants. The rooms are a but old style and dusty. The service is a problem. We had issues at reception where they assigned us different rooms vs what we had. We soent two hours trying to get the additional beds we needed. We also had two weddings and it was very noisy until late. With young kids not ideal.

Staye our Nile cruise in March 2025 before our Nile cruise and loved this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. We were so close to the pyramids in that we could walk to them. Took several excursions and had a blast... best Marriott property I ever visited and I traveled my entire career. Stay here you will not regret your decision

Went for the breakfast, great views and service, however, breakfast is average. Cost is 1400 EGP per person. The staff are very friends and accommodating. The hotel grounds is well maintained. Just be careful of the crows. Could stay there all day.

Im writing this the morning after our wedding, having the most delicious food infront of such a spectacular view. However, what is even more spectacular is the special welcoming we received from staff during our visit to the restaurant for breakfast. Amal, Ashraf, Mahmoud and Chef Sameh, personally made us feel so welcomed and ensured we were very well taken care of. Their genuine desire to give us an amazing experience the morning after a beautiful, yet hectic day is all that we needed. To the staff at Mena House, your customer service and attention to date is simply impeccable! Thank you very much.

We stayed 3 nights here during a 12 day tour of Egypt. We were drawn to this hotel because of the location - you really do have pyramids in your back garden! However, what also made this hotel special was the excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Everyone was friendly and professional and you could tell that they were proud to work at this hotel. A special mention has to go to the doormen who were really helpful and patient helping us find our way around! We really enjoyed our breakfasts and you could decide whether to eat indoors or outside over looking the pyramids. Similarly, we dined in different restaurants at the hotel in the evenings and we were never disappointed. This hotel takes pride in giving guests an excellent experience and the staff are amazing. Well done Mena House - you made us feel very welcome and staying here was one of the highlights of our holiday.
