Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection

We had a wonderful weekend spent at the Solage. I booked through the Amex Fien Hotels & Resorts Collection, which the hotel accommodated us with both an early check-in at 11am (before the guaranteed 12pm check-in!), and a room upgrade. Hotel staff was very kind throughout our visit and very helpful. Upon check-in they let us know of a complimentary valet service that will provide a ride within the city limits. This was HUGE because ride-share app service is more expensive and less available than other locales. Pool area is beautiful, as are the spa facilities! We were underwhelmed by the mudslide treatment, but loved the various pool options at the Spa. Overall, we are so excited to return here for a weekend in the future. Fantastic hotel.

Beautiful property with great amenities and relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were well maintained and in excellent state upon arrival. The rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Solage in Napa! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. My wife and I felt so welcomed, and even our little 5-pound Yorkie was treated with such warmth. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but Solarge really delivered. We left with big smiles, wonderful memories, and a deep appreciation for how well we were treated. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Incredible service and beautiful clean property. Can’t wait to go back, don’t change a thing! The Mercedes vehicles to borrow were a nice added bonus.

Don't know what all these great reviews are about! At checkin we were early. The person at desk handed us a map of the grounds. I started to ask him a few questions and he says 'I'll tell you all that when you check in'. Wellll, we had two hours to be on the property!. Restaurant: breakfast fine; dinner menu very odd so we never dined there. Room: clean but...no bureau; just closet with a few shelves. Had to live out of suitcase. Desk had no chair - just a stool. I will say staff overall were responsive and they did bring us a chair. Spa was the best part- staff there very nice; massages excellent. Grounds could use some work: at main areas it's good but around all the studio rooms it needs great improvement. Overall for a supposed high end resort with high end pricing, just not worth the money.
