Exceptional service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The food was also outstanding. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and high-quality options available each morning. would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would happily stay here again

We liked the location and things were quiet in the area - don't try (like we did) to walk into Cascais - it's a trek! A lot to read here, but I want to be fair and would recommend, but it just isn't perfect. Arrival was disappointing, and really not great from the reception desk. No information on where things were or what was available, no drink offered - we had said we would be early, but couldn't check in on arrival. No problem, and the reception were going to call us when the room was ready - they didn't and when we got back an hour after check in had opened (5pm), the same person on the desk said they needed to check the room was ready. This didn't much impress us, and lacked any real professionalism. Then they had some issues with finding our suitcase. The room was lovely - really liked the room but had to call the desk a couple of times as we had no coffee milks on two of the days and missed some towels on one of the days. It was comfy and quiet. All was clean and value was acceptable, but I couldn't say the same about the restaurant and outdoor areas. We had dinner one night and it really wasn't good, and didn't match the description or cost on the menu. Also the decking in the outdoor area is pretty rough and without being too extreme or dramatic it wasn't safe in some areas. We went to the outdoor pool but didn't go in - place was a bit of a mess. It felt like the outdoor swimming pool was a different standard to the hotel. Really enjoyed the spa area and massage we had - really good quality and a nice space. It sounds worse than it was, but it wasn't a bad place. The reception staff when we left were so different - couldn't do enough and even gave us cookie boxes.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa as a family of 5 and it worked perfectly for us. The villa was spacious, comfy and nicely decorated. The kitchen facilities were well stocked and very useful and the AC worked very well. We were not expecting the room to be cleaned every day which was very helpful with 3 kids. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, it was a little limited choice wise but the quality was good and service very friendly and helpful. The larger swimming pool was great and bigger than expected and not too overcrowded so easy to get comfy and enjoy the area. Location wise it is a car journey to Cascais but there were enough restaurants within reasonable walking distance that were good to eat at but having a car (which you could park outside the villa) was nice and easy and it was less than 10 mins to Cascais. Overall a great location that we will be revisiting.

I am so glad that I switch hotel to Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection by IHG from the Onyria Quinta da Marinha Hotel to this hotel. The other hotel is very much 3 star hotel. This IHG hotel is nice, quiet, excellent staff. The room is sophisticated and does not make you go back to the 80’s . Good choice if you want to golf with a good hotel. For the same price, you can stay at this hotel for a better room , better staff and with at least shampoo and conditioner…. This one is a IHG hotel and the other one is not, If it is not because I need to stay there for an event, I will not book the other hotel . That event is a very nice event but the hotel selection is not up to the event standard. Other guests also from that event also was disappointed with the selection of that hotel.
