Best stay, family with toddler & baby
We had a magical stay at Paradise Island Villas (family of four, toddler + baby). The hotel is beautiful - the main pool by the bar has gorgeous views of the moutains and seas and is partly shaded in the afternoon, making it ideal for our toddler to splash around in while we had an iced coffee or a beer on the sun loungers. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there were daily specials to mix things up. There was always a high chair with colouring set up at our table for breakfast and dinner. We had a two bedroom villa with pool, which was perfect - spacious, nice private pool and big garden. We had lunch and a few evening meals at the villa which made it much more relaxing if we'd been at the beach for the day. The hotel feels really small and intimate so you feel like you get to know the staff and are really welcomed like family by everyone. Eleni, Pol and the whole team are extremely warm and professional - they organised taxis (including with car seats), suggested days out for us and booked sunbeds at beach bars for us. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough. Only thing I'd do differently is possibly hire a car so we could explore a bit more of the island.

Amazing
I had the most amazing stay at Paradise Island Villa . From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. The villa and the pool are absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peaceful time on my own. The real highlight of my stay was the staff. They are simply outstanding! Every single member of the team was kind, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made my first solo trip truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my solo vacation so special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would recommend Paradise Island Villa to anyone visiting Crete. I can’t wait to come back!

We had the most wonderfull time here! The good is excellent, the staff is excellent, they make you feel very welcome, the villa is lovely. Just everything is fantastic!!!

INCREDIBLE
There simply aren’t enough stars available to rate Paradise Island Villas!!!!!!!!! Paradise is exactly what it is!!!!!! Eleni, Pol and the entire team are INCREDIBLE!!!!! We have stayed in 5 star resorts all around the world and honestly nothing has came close to this. From the beautiful smells in the villa on arrival to the late checkout offered without asking made our holiday at Paradise absolute HEAVEN…. I actually think when looking up the dictionary for Heaven - Paradise Island Villa should be the description… The food is on par to any Michelin star restaurant we have ever eaten in and all at very very affordable prices…. This hotel leads were others follow!!!!!!! We can’t thank them enough for our fabulous experience and without doubt we will be back to experience this absolute gem of a place…. This is everything Paradise should be!!!!!!!

Amazing week in Paradise!
We have just come back from a magical week at Paradise Island Villas. We came across the accommodation on BA Holidays and thought it would work well for us and our teen / tween daughters as the villa meant we would have more space than a traditional hotel. We were blown away with the entire holiday! In advance Eleni had arranged for food / drink to be in our villa when we arrived. Eleni also arranged a jeep for us to use for a few days, which just got delviered to the hotel as well as a car to collect us from the airport. When we turned up Eleni and Pol were there to greet us with a drink and showed us the hotel and our amazing villa. It was all just so incredible. We ate at the hotel most evenings as there are daily specials. We also had breakfast delivered to our room a couple of times and lunch in the bar/restaurant a couple of times. Mike in the bar was also wonderful. Our favourite meal with the BBQ night on the Monday, We loved that we had our own garden and pool in the villa but that there were also two other pools to use. We also had massages in the villa one day (all arranged by Eleni of course!). The villas are about a 20 minute walk down to the beach which we visited a couple of times. The hotel does also offer a shuttle. I haven't mentioned all the amazing little touches (such as there is a button you press in the villa when you are ready for housekeeping to come so you don't feel rushed out by them - amazing with a teen who loves to lie in!) but they really couldn't do enough for us and we have never experienced such warm, kind hospitality. It really is a special place and we were thoroughly spoiled - I cannot recommend it highly enough!
