Very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our luggage, and despite repeated calls, no one responded. Traveling with two infants made it even more difficult, as their baby food was in the luggage and they were left hungry. To top it off, we were charged nearly ₹3,000 for a simple cucumber-tomato sandwich and an aloo tikki which was ordered for my toddler. The only saving grace was Sarika. Poor hospitality and service overall. Would not stay here again.

Nilesh and MP were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, engaging with us, and going out of their way to make our dining experience memorable. Ryan was attentive and eager to serve — he remembered my food preferences and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. To all the chefs: you absolutely rock! The housekeeping team deserves equal praise. The housekeeping head personally came to check whether our room had been set up to our satisfaction — a small gesture that meant so much. And a special thank you to Akshata, who took such care and pride in preparing our room. Your hard work truly showed. At the front desk, Shubham — your smile and the warmth with which you welcomed us left a lasting impression. People like you are exactly why guests return. Sky is truly the limit for you! To the General Manager: your team is a wonderful reflection of your leadership. They are not just staff — they are your greatest asset. St. Regis team, you all rock! We had a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alice! She went above and beyond serving us at the buffet — always attentive, always smiling, and making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Her warmth and welcoming nature made us feel truly special and right at home. It's rare to come across someone who brings such genuine care and energy to their work.
