This is my first time staying at Intercontinental Huahin and it was extremely wonderful stay. The facilities and staff’s services are incredible. The front office team: Khun Kaimook, Khun Gob, and Khun Baitong were fantastic, welcoming and professional. Especially Khun Kaimook since from Pre-arrival, Check-in to explaining hotel facilities to Check-out time. The FB attendance was also exceptional, Khun Phob from CoCco bar has excellent knowledge of wine and drinks, he’s super fun to have a conversation with. Not to mention Mr.Bob from the breakfast that we had, he engaged and willing to assist with all the plates and food recommendations at all times. The experience that I had during the stay was beyond the expectations and I would definitely return to the hotel again ⭐️

A truly marvelous stay from beginning to end! A very special thank you to Gob, the Duty Manager, andhis colleague Biw whose kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome made our experience even more memorable. ❤️ Every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, cared for, and relaxed throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere wonderful, and the hospitality unforgettable. Thank you all for making our visit at Intercontinental Hua Hin so special, we cannot wait to come back! 😀

Intercontinental Hua Hin is such a beautiful tranquil place . The ambience of the hotel and the room was just fantastic. We wanted a restful holiday and we certainly got it. Every member of staff were very polite and courteous. The food is fantastic from the vast array at breakfast to the fantastic Jaras Restaurant. Would certainly recommend and we will definitely be returning. As a restaurant Manager myself and my Husband an IHG Diamond Elite Ambassador we have stayed in a lot of hotels for IHG and we feel we must acknowledge a few members of staff by name so they can be recognised for exceptional customer service. Champ, Kong, Ray and Paul from the pool bar looked after us whilst at the pool, there service to us was 5 ⭐ , they have amazing Customer Service skills. Nok the Restaurant Manager from Jaras was exceptional, the first night we went for dinner my Husband was very ill and she had my dinner brought up to the room for me. Unfortunately he ended up in hospital the next day with pneumonia. After a week of rest we went again and her attention to detail is second to none. We will be dining there tonight for our final dinner which I’m sure will be excellent, the food is amazing at Jars. Nok is a beautiful Lady who deserves a very special mention as she is an absolute credit to the hotel. Please also thank Poo our housekeeper who looked after us . We would like to thank everyone who has looked after us and made our stay very memorable. We will be returning. Regards Gill and Shaun

regarding an extremely distressing experience at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort during our stay from May 4th to 7th, 2026, booked via American Express. Our stay was marred by a severe security breach, substandard facilities, and, most appallingly, the unprofessional and deceitful conduct of the Front Office Manager, ​The following points detail the gravity of the situation: ​1. Severe Security Breach and Safety Concerns: At 11:00 PM on the night of my arrival, while my elderly mother (70) and I were asleep, a male individual in civilian clothing (polo shirt and jeans) repeatedly knocked on our door, claiming to deliver honey which we never ordered. This caused a severe panic attack and left us feeling unsafe for the remainder of our stay. Despite reporting this to the Front Desk twice, the Front Office Manager, claimed total ignorance the next morning. It took him 10 hours to review CCTV footage, and he provided contradictory information, falsely claiming the individual was "Room Service," despite the dress code and hotel policy stating no service is provided after 10:00 PM. ​2. Gross Misconduct and Deceit by Front Office Manager: demonstrated a complete lack of leadership, integrity, and service mind. ​Dishonesty: He repeatedly provided evasive and contradictory answers regarding the security incident. I have audio recordings confirming his inconsistent statements. ​Unprofessional Attitude: When I requested to return pre-purchased vouchers due to loss of brand trust, he responded sarcastically, feigning ignorance about the IHG corporate office and the voucher sales process. ​Hostile Resolution: At 8:00 PM, instead of ensuring our safety, he refused to upgrade us to a more secure room and suggested we leave the hotel and contact our agency to find new accommodations ourselves, showing total disregard for my 70 year old mother’s well-being. ​Retraction of Offers: During check-out, he attempted to charge us for the spa and dinner previously offered as compensation. He only relented after I informed him that I had recorded our prior conversation. ​3. Substandard Service and Facilities: ​Hygiene: A hair was found on our breakfast table; the staff removed it with a tissue without offering any apology. ​Room Quality: Despite being a Suite, the bed linens were old, worn, and torn, failing to meet IHG’s global standards. ​Service Failures: A server spilled a drink on my outfit without proper professional recovery. ​This experience has fundamentally shattered my confidence in the IHG brand. The security lapse was frightening, but the blatant dishonesty and "gaslighting" by a senior manager are unacceptable.
