InterContinental Hua Hin Resort

3 nights stay during Songkran Holliday with family. Everyone loved it. Wife, teenage girl and younger (11) girl. Place is beautiful. The room are very spacious and in great condition (great shower with good water pressure, awesome bed, so comfortable) Pool, great (maybe would be nice to have a few more shade options, it was quite hot) Breakfast, awesome as expected (Thai, Chinese, international, bakery options for everyone taste. Staff is very active and all area are always super clean no matter what time you come eat) And the staff. Everybody always friendly and ready to assist with anything. We had a small issue with our room key, but the team came quickly to support us. And the manager Sabrina went the extra mile to make up for it. Thanks again. If I had to give 1 recommendation, it would be to make sure to get a room towards to lobby/pool side (and not the mall side of the street) for people with mobility issues, as we walked quite a bit back and forth.

Perfect location for a few days off. Direct beach access, lovely arranged garden & pool landscape, really good service and friendly staff making my stay extraordinary.

We stayed at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and it truly exceeded every expectation. The resort is beautifully designed, with lush tropical gardens, stunning pools, and direct access to one of the nicest beaches in Hua Hin. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to the view, stepping onto the balcony, and feeling that quiet morning vibe — that alone is worth the stay. Breakfast is outstanding — rich variety, high quality, and everything feels fresh and premium. Whether you want something light or a full indulgent start to your day, it’s all there. A special thank you to Rachy and her team, who made every morning exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care turn breakfast into a full experience. You feel welcomed, remembered, and truly taken care of — and that makes all the difference. We would also like to highlight Ms. Jandi, the Front Desk Manager, and her team. From check-in to every interaction throughout our stay, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and truly premium. The service overall is where this place really shines. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm — always smiling, always ready to help, and making you feel welcome at every moment. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the beachfront setting adds that extra layer of magic — especially at sunset. This is not just a hotel — it’s an experience. Perfect for couples, relaxing getaways, or anyone who wants to enjoy Hua Hin at a higher level. Highly recommended — and definitely a place you’ll want to come back to.

Everything was wonderful from the check-in greeting from the manager Sabrina to the check-in staff JanDi and Biw and all of the food servers and cleaning staff. This hotel is very nice, but what sets it apart from its competitors is the wonderful staff at the Intercontinental Hua Hin. We had a wonderful vacation and will be returning as soon as possible.

In my opinion, this has to be the best hotel in Hua Hin, having visited the city many times and staying in different hotels. The moment you arrive at the Intercontinental you are made to feel special. We stayed in a King Premium Ocean View room and we were definitely not disappointed. The room was tastefully furnished, the bed was bigger than a standard king size and the icing on the cake was the view from the room and balcony. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the choice was totally amazing. Dishes of every kind were available from Thai, Asian and Western style. You would be hard pushed, not to find something you liked. I especially liked having Thai Iced Milk Tea, as my daily beverage, instead of the usual tea or coffee. The garden and pool area at the Intercontinental are spectacular. Whoever designed this hotel took the time to really appreciate the setting and have created something special. There is even a small beach area within the hotel's footprint, where you can relax on a sunbed, with the ocean just a few feet away. The hotel consists of two wings. We stayed in the beachside, but there is another just across the road adjacent to Bluport shopping mail. Both wings are connected via a foot bridge, which crosses the busy road below. What makes the Intercontinental unique is the mini train that goes around the hotel grounds. Guests can reserve a ride and experience the fun of taking the train. We did. We plan to return to the Intercontinental next year as we have found our little peice of paradise in Hua Hin. Finally, a special thanks to all the staff and management team, who made our stay perfect. We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. They were truly amazing and simply the best.
