Villa Montana is a very lovely property, beautiful beach and very nice restaurant. There are many different options regarding rooms, villa's, etc. Ours was a hillside queen room overlooking street and green space. We were on corner so had a very small ocean view as all. It was a quiet and very nice location. We arrived after 9pm and were given directions to our room; as the property is large and it was dark it took us several attempts to find it. It would have been nice if someone showed us to our room and helped with bags as we were on third floor.  The room itself was nice; nothing special and frankly the bathrooms need updating. Our towel situation changed daily; one day there were face cloths and no hand towels, another day there was one hand towel and no face cloths, another day there were neither hand towels or face cloths. We are not fussy people, so we never complained. We did have an incident with water pressure leak or something waking us up one night, it went on for hours. Bottom line the management was responsive to our inconvenience and ultimately handled it very well. We were offered a substantial credit at the restaurant and received a bottle of champagne with an apology note. Upon check out management again apologized. All in all, we would go back, the beach was beautiful and has lovely lounge chairs and the restaurant was very nice. Again, others may find small things not to their liking, but we are not especially fussy and thought it was very nice.
