Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa

Excellent hotel. Excellent services (Breakfast, Restaurant Gli Ulivi, Spa & massages, Gymnasium). Regarding the fact that the hotel is not directly at sea, this is my experience: Through a brief walk (< 20 min) you arrive at the sea and there you go to Bagno Franco or Bar Gino and the water is perfect including for night swimming. In case you prefer a fancier beach, there is the free shuttle (with Francesco who is a great person) to San Montano and Negombo that are less than 3 km distance. Also this hotel can book you easily to the restaurant Il Gabbiano on the Citara beach where you have sublime dining watching the sunset.

Truly the best hotel experience in our trip to Italy. The accommodations are stunning, the staff so helpful and kind, the spa incredible, the breakfast lovely. A much needed relaxing five star experience on Ischia. The rooms are clean, welcoming and luxurious. The staff was there to help personalize our stay and advise on anything we needed. The spa and its facilities were lovely, particularly the sauna and steam circuit and the mineral pool. The shuttle to town was helpful. We cannot wait to visit this lovely property again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel in Ischia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. Everything was impeccably maintained, spotless, and the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxing. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with—from the hotel manager to the front desk team, concierge, and driver—was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality was outstanding. A very special thank you goes to Manuel, who welcomed us each morning at breakfast and also serves as the sommelier in the restaurant. Manuel is one of those rare people who leaves a lasting impression. He is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Whether he was recommending wines, making conversation, teaching us Italian, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, he did everything with such sincerity and warmth. Interacting with Manuel truly made our trip even more special, and we looked forward to seeing him every day. He even insured we had a meal made for us for our early plane ride home, and would pack special snacks when we were having a beach day. Thank you again Manuel! :) It’s the people who often make a destination memorable, and this hotel has assembled an exceptional team. We left feeling well cared for and already talking about when we can return. If you’re visiting Ischia, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It was a five-star experience in every sense.

My family spent two weeks in Italy, and 3 of our last 4 days in the country were spent at this hotel/spa on the island of Ischia. This place is exceptional, the facilities are beautiful, the staff from a service standpoint are way beyond anything I've experienced. Absolutely outstanding service! I'll probably forget to thank people, but thank you to Giuseppe, Francesco in the restaurant, the staff in the spa, etc. Anything we needed, they were there to help us. The island itself is incredible, but this hotel is outstanding. I've been to almost 20 different countries, this is my favorite hotel. What an experience, and not super expensive!! and the spa, including thermal baths, incredible. Ty Manzi!!

Just arrived back from a short 4 night stay at the manzi Hotel. From the start of our experience here to the morning of departure, everything was a 5 star experience. The staff were brilliant - friendly and attentive. We had 2 meals and a lunch in the hotel, and they were all fantastic - we had pasta, panini, salad, fish and veal, and some of the nicest wine we have ever had, and the desserts were sublime.- rhum baba a must! The room and facilities were great - the free spa experience was great, so good not to have to pay extra, like most hotels. If you are thinking of staying here - just go for it, you will not be disappointed! We are already thinking of coming back.
