"This hotel rates with the finest hotels in the world. The service was perfect and the desire to help was shown by every employee without being overbearing. Our room was a junior suite with an infinity plunge pool on our terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The view was breathtaking and available if you sat up in bed! The kitchen is run by a master chef who trained under big name chefs throughout the world. His food showed his international experience and compares to the finest restaurants in NYC, San Francisco, Paris and Rome. We will return several times a year to warm-up in the winter and re-charge the rest of the year."

"Cervezas and fish tacos while relaxing by the surreal infinite pool that reaches out over the deep blue Pacific ocean. Happy hour with margaritas & sunsets at the terrace bar and in room 68 while frolicking in the plunge pool. Traditional Mexican cuisine prepared by the charming chef Gonzales anywhere anytime. Breakfast at Los Roccas served with a smile by sweet Margarita who always wanted to know that everything was OK. Room service delivered daily at 5:00pm with a bucket of Cervezas, guacamole and chips & salsa and finally slumbering in the most beautiful room sprinkled with rose petals in the shape of a heart while listening to the sound of the waves crashing at our hearts."

"The Capella Ixtapa more than met our expectations. The resort is a gorgeous place set into a cliff with every suite different. It is the people in the resort that make the resort. There is nothing the people in the resort will do for you. The food in all three restaurants was outstanding including the breakfasts. The views are breathtaking. The Executive Chef Gonzalo was continuingly monitoring the food and visits the tables constantly. The receptionist in the lobby Adilene makes you feel like your one of the family when she greets you. All of the workers seem to know you name and learn to know you likes and dislikes. Look forward to going back in the near future. The place is a real winner"
