The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

Room were well maintained. Bathroom was well equipped. Once we asked for something and they tried to provide and serve at the earliest. We found evening tea not to our taste, they immediately asked our taste and provided fresh tea to our taste. Chef Kunal arranged rajsthani thali to our requirement. Wonderful. There were mosquitoes being open property and private garden, staff took care of it and wriien sorry through flowers.Staff was too caring. Though I am so fond of Oberoi 360 in New Delhi, but staff at this palce crossed the level. Peacoks and peahens were in abundance and seeing so many peacocks and peahens around the property is pleasant to eyes. Really enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay at Raj Villas. All thanks to the entire team ! From the moment we arrived untill the departure every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and well cared for. Dharam is an amazing bartender. He made some of the best cocktails we have had. We loved trying the different flavors. Mr Ganpath’s tea is to die for. The best in all of India !! And I mean it seriously. Our server Nandini’s smile while serving breakfast started our day beautifully. A special thanks to General Manager Vishal for leading such an exceptional team and for creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Each and every member of the staff was professional. Thank you for making us feel at home . 💗💗

Our stay at the Oberoi Rajvilas exceeded our expectations in every conceivable way. The hotel was ideally located, and its grounds are among the most beautiful that I ever have seen. Our room was large, airy, modern, stylish and beautifully furnished. We ate several meals at the hotel restaurant and were amazed at the imaginative menu and quality of the food. What stood out the most for us, however, was the exceptional quality of the staff. Everyone we met -- from the manager to the groundskeepers (and everyone in between) -- was warm, friendly, sincere and professional. It genuinely felt like they could not do enough for us and that they would (somehow) make happen anything we could possibly ask for. Our stay was truly a 10 out of 10.
