My recent stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa was exceptional, and I would like to recognize Craig Rylander and his outstanding team for providing one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in years. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of personal attention that is increasingly rare in today’s hospitality industry. Craig Rylander leads by example, and it is evident that his commitment to guest satisfaction has created a culture of excellence throughout the resort. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Whether answering questions, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a smile, the team consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. Ocean Key Resort & Spa is a beautiful property, but what truly sets it apart is its people. Craig and his staff transformed a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to exceptional service are a credit to the resort and should be recognized. We got married in Key West 20 years ago and hadn't been back, so we booked our 20th anniversary trip and stayed at Ocean Key. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The staff are so friendly and gracious. Our room was beautiful and we had a gorgeous ocean view that I'm already missing. If you want to stay in the heart of KW but still feel peace and solitude, Ocean Key is a wonderful choice.

From the moment me and my wife arrived the front desk. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make my wife’s birthday weekend special. Craig sent a bottle of Moet champagne to our room for her birthday with a thoughtful card and made the day special. Pamela was also very helpful throughout the stay. We had dinner at the Hot Tin Roof Restaurant our server Ethan was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and had great recommendations. The table had happy birthday with my wife’s name. The whole staff was great and for was excellent. The whole staff was amazing and dima and the gentleman at the valet were helpful as well. Can’t wait to come back and spend another weekend with them!

Great location to everything. The resort has everything you need and waterfront views are great! Enjoyed Hot Tin Roof Restaurant and Sunset Pier! Our room was spacious and the balcony overlooking Sunset Pier allowed us to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
