The drain in our bathroom shower and tub was clogged. There was an awful sewage like smell in our room. They sent someone from maintenance to unclog the drain. There was black slime coming out from the drain after he kept plunging and then the guy spread that all over the room with the dirty plunger dripping and his dirty boots. Management refused to change our room. They didn’t even send housekeeping to clean the mess. Then they had the nerve to charge an additional cleaning fee upon checkout. The employees and management seemed like we are bothering them. Definitely would not recommend this place and I would never stay here again.

My husband and I chose Mandalay Bay for our 8th anniversary getaway. The resort itself is beautiful, and we appreciated that the staff recognized our anniversary at check-in by providing a complimentary $75 food and beverage credit. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Unfortunately, our room was not in the condition we expected upon arrival. The bed was not fully made, and there appeared to be black ink stains or debris on the inside of the sheets. The bathtub contained hair and dirt, requiring me to clean it before I felt comfortable using it. We also discovered that the shower handle was broken and difficult to operate, which made showering more frustrating than it should have been. After we reported the concerns, housekeeping responded promptly, remade the bed, and changed the sheets, which we appreciated. However, these are issues that should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest. We used our complimentary food and beverage credit at The Noodle House. While we were excited to try it, both dishes were served lukewarm, and portions of each meal were actually cold, making the dining experience disappointing. The staff members we encountered throughout the resort were friendly and professional, and the property itself offers many amenities and has a great atmosphere. However, between the room cleanliness issues, the broken shower handle, and the disappointing meal, our anniversary stay fell short of the experience we were hoping for. While there were certainly positive aspects to our visit, greater attention to room inspection, maintenance, and food quality would have made a significant difference. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

I took my two kids (10 + 12) for a weekend of fun. The pools gave us all the day time fun we needed, but at night didn’t need to leave the hotel between the restaurants, going to Swinger for food/golf, and seeing the MJ show. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again!
