Staff was so friendly and the property was gorgeous. Easy access to the strip with the house car and tram right next door. Food was DELICIOUS. Room was clean with a luxurious tub to soak in. Caleb, Robert, and many other staff members made it super enjoyable!

Another fabulous day at the Waldorf, which has become our destination for staycations! My daughter wanted to celebrate her 11th birthday here with three friends. From the time we pulled into valet, it was a seamless experience. Gavon in valet is incredible and was so kind to my daughter and her friends. Renata at the front desk was wonderful in helping to get our room earlier so that we could start the festivities! We dined at the restaurant, which is always exemplary. The pool was enjoyable, as usual, and has an adult’s only pool, which I was relieved for bringing 4 11 year old girls to the hotel to stay! The concierge, Bryan, had reached out ahead of time and helped me to make my daughter‘s birthday special. She received a beautiful cake which they enjoyed. The room was gorgeous and they had a great view of the strip! This was our fourth stay at this property and I cannot say one bad thing about it! Thank you once again Waldorf Las Vegas, for making my daughter‘s birthday weekend a success!

An absolutely unforgettable stay at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the customer service was beyond exceptional. Every team member made us feel welcomed, valued, and truly taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with an elevated and exclusive atmosphere that makes the experience feel incredibly special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained each day. The turndown service was such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the luxury experience. We were also so appreciative of the handwritten note, lovely amenity, and the genuine hospitality shown to both me and my friends. Every detail felt intentional and personalized. The spa was absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing experience — one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved the restaurant and would highly recommend dining there. The food and service were both outstanding. The location was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. Waldorf Astoria truly has it going on, and I cannot wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Las Vegas.

Very convenient central location on the strip but it is remarkably quiet. Our suite was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Positives: Facility was comfortable everywhere we went. Guest Comfort is obviously a priority of the staff and hotel. Staff and Service: Crown Jewel level service. Every single front line worker was focused on our needs and on making us happy with our stay. Amenities: Too many to mention but we loved the pool, the spa, the big bathtub! Beds were comfortable and restful. N'espresso machine with pods in the kitchen was WOWEE appreciated. Room Service: pricey but delicious. Service was impeccable and almost invisible. Location: Easy and pretty walk to Aria. LOVED that there was no casino on the property. Valet parking was convenient for our guests. Drawbacks: The building is starting to fail. A lot of the impressive features (floor to ceiling window electronic window treatments, for example) need maintenance. While the maintenance crew was incredibly friendly and kind, we saw far too much of them in our 5 day stay. Service: front line, excellent. Management, so/so. It felt like every turn (our pool cabana reservation that we have confirmed twice before we arrived, was deleted) from check in to check out was a glitch. We had a suite reserved but when we checked in, the key opened a door to the connecting room only (2 full size beds and a bathroom) and the front desk insisted they were correct. A third party needed to be contacted on our behalf and the front desk "found" our reservation and sent up other keys with the bellman an hour after we checked in so we could access our suite. One day we could charge to our room, the next day our name didn't even show up as a guest in the hotel and charging to the room was impossible, the day after that, no issue with charging to the room. The pool staff was put in a really tough position when our cabana reservation was gone. They made up for it the next day, the best they could, with some complimentary items and a bottle of champagne and a tiny cake for my birthday. It felt like the staff were constantly challenged by mistakes that were made by others in the process. If you are an impatient traveller, I would stay away from this hotel. It certainly did not live up to its name in this regard.

Had an unexpected quick one night stay in Las Vegas and decided to stay at the Waldorf Astoria. I'm a loyal Marriott guest, but had been meaning to stay at the Waldorf Astoria as I heard many great things about this non-casino property. What a wonderful experience!! The service at the Waldorf Astoria is exemplary and so welcome in today's world. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the hotel staff acknowledged me, said hello, smiled and asked if they could assist in any way and all in a pleasant, professional and genuine manner. The front office staff (valet, front desk and bell staff) were all so welcoming and courteous. From my former hospitality career, it is so refreshing to see this level of service and attention to the guest come so naturally. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Daniela Corso, who clearly appreciates and values her incredible team members. Small things make such a huge difference. I wish I could have stayed longer to experience all that the Waldorf Astoria offers. The pool deck is fantastic and the 23rd level lounge looked amazing. Will most certainly be back. With no casino, the Waldorf Astoria is an oasis in Las Vegas and right in the middle of the action on the Strip.
