Hyatt Regency London, The Churchill

Having previously lived in London, I had always wanted to stay at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. During a recent transit back to the States, I finally had the opportunity to spend a night there. The location is fantastic, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas within easy walking distance. I was especially impressed by the breakfast selection, which was extensive and of excellent quality. A great stay overall, and I would gladly return on my next visit to London.

This is an excellent hotel in the great spot in London. Easy access to the tube, taxis always lined up ready to go, but also easily walkable to lots of restaurants and tourist spots. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The food and bar are also a standout, and I would recommend at least one night at the Churchill Bar to enjoy some of the best cocktails out there.

I enjoyed allot and the staff were very kind and helpful the breakfast was very good and it has variety of things the room was very clean and the house keeping was very helpful

After a 10 hour travel delay from the US to Heathrow we finally arrived mid morning instead of late evening, hoping that we would be able to go right into our room. We were greeted at reception by Ioannis who was the epitome of who one would hope to find welcoming them after that ordeal. He was charming, helpful, cheery in a genuine manner and wanted to make sure everything went splendidly once we set foot on the property. You couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. After checking us in, making sure we were aware of the hotel's amenities (we were as we have stayed there several times in the past) he escorted us to the lifts and we were on our way. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor overlooking Portman Square. The room was immaculate and inviting with plenty of room and everything we needed. The bed was as comfortable as I had remembered and the linens were wonderful. Housekeeping was on point - and friendly and always kept the room in tiptop form. The lounges on the 8th floor were the perfect place to relax and again, had a warm, helpful and welcoming staff. Ioannis was there again at checkout and was as helpful as he had been upon arrival. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend the Churchill
