Staying at Hotel Ritz Madrid, was one of my most treasured memories. The hotel was palatial, with a staff that could not do enough for you. I was overcome with the care and thoughtfulness of the whole experience. I hope that everyone gets to experience something very similar at least once in their lives. The trip to Madrid will be repeated, and I hope that we can stay at my favorite place again - it's heaven! -L. Chambers

My husband and I were heading to Madrid for a few days and wanted a place to stay as a romantic getaway. We had stayed in the Ritz Paris about 8 years ago and knew we liked the quality of the hotel. The deal that Luxury Link put together was beyond belief- we had a large suite with breakfast included, a dinner included, a bottle of cava, a guide book, etc... We paid double for a smaller room without any extras the last time we stayed at the Ritz Paris. The service was fantastic and we especially appreciated the concierge. The location is wonderful because you can walk to almost all of the best sites and it is super close to a beautiful botanical garden. Everything is absolutely top notch- the only that was an A rather than an A+ (and I say that because it was still fantastic, but it was the only thing that was A+ like the rest of the hotel) was the formal dining room. The service was not spot-on like the service everywhere else. The food was good and the staff was super friendly, but we didn't feel like they were quite as attentive as they should be (we are used to slow European dining, but usually you are just not rushed and they check on you constantly without you having to flag them down-- we did have to flag them down a few times). But still an overall A+ experience!
