Architecture and vibe can’t be beat…unique. What was a pretty good experience could have been a great experience with greater attention to detail. Room was a good size with good amenities. Cleanliness of room was very good. While room was clean, it still felt dated. I know this is an old hotel and I appreciate the charm and character but again it was the details: chair at desk looked worn and dirty; toilet handle was broken, bathtub was visibly cracked and while showering you felt like you were going to fall though it - needs replaced; if you love a hot shower, you’ll be disappointed as water is like warm, at best; mattress was ok - felt old and worn and could see dips in it from repeated use. Facilities: Was advertised as having an exclusive adult-only pool and lounge (as I booked adult-only section)told about this upon check-in nor could we find it. Kids pool was visibly dirty and not inviting. At one point we saw a bird carcass floating in it! Apparently someone vomited in the main pool and didn’t see a cleaner come until at least 20 mins (my room looked o to pool) so wasn’t about to use pool after hearing that. Beach area was nice but littered with cigarette butts that could easily been raked up daily to make it more appealing. Food: Food was great. Ate buffet dinner once and it was ok - Asian themed and not my preference but…Breakfast was included and was very delicious every time. Price for dinner felt high for what it was. Staff: Professional, efficient and friendly. No complaints Overall: Go for the architecture and the uniqueness of the hotel if you appreciate character and charm. Manzanillo itself would not be somewhere that I would return to (it was my first visit). Glad I had the chance to experience Las Hadas in person after seeing it in videos and photos.

Best resort ever! Everyone was so amazing. I sprained my ankle severely the 3rd day we were there and everyone made me feel safe and taken care of. We got a golf cart to our room immediately, a cab was called to take us to the hospital and everyone checked on me daily. As soon as we saw anyone they asked how I was and if I needed anything. All the servers made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Highly recommend this hidden gem in paradise! Thank you everyone for making a tough situation manageable and enjoyable! We will be back!

Las Hadas by Brisas is a beautiful resort with a breathtaking view of the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. My room was spotless, housekeeping came every single day, and the shower had great water pressure. While the pools were well-maintained and sparkling, the dinner buffet was a bit of a letdown. It was nothing out of this world, and I honestly expected better quality for the price. I would definitely stay here again, but I’ll be waiting for a cheaper date to make it worth the cost.

Las Halas was a great resort. Except, when we checked in we thought we were all inclusive however, we were not, it cost us additional $3700.00 Canadian to get the all inclusive. The staff are very friendly and nice. It’s one of the more Spanish speaking resorts we have been to. With today’s technology communication wasn’t a problem. The food was excellent as well the service. My only real complaint would be the steak house restaurant, where you had to pay extra for the steak and seafood. I got the lobster and it was undercooked. My husband didn’t want to pay extra for a steak, so he got a cutlet with tomato sauce and fries. The cutlet was dry and cold, the fries were also cold. He also had the French onion soup and it was delicious. All in all a good vacation. The pool and the beach were awesome.

Las Hadas disco is so loud , earplugs do not block it out . Every weekend for blocks around no one gets to sleep New Year’s Eve the music didn’t shut down until 930 am new Years morning. Complaints are ignored. I know Mexico likes to party but this is just a slap in the face to everyone anywhere near. Paying customers should be made aware before booking this hotel or even airbnbs for blocks around ,
