Handy location to explore
Fab hotel! A nice walk to Beale street, nothing a problem for staff! Eboni and her team mates made us so welcome!

Great Hotel
This hotel is fabulous. Great location, you can ride the tram or walk to Beale. Everything is pretty close. Parking is $23 a day, at the parking garage right across the street. You unload your car right in front of the hotel then go park. The roof top bar is small and has great views of the sunset over the Mississippi River. The bridge puts on quite a light show every half hour. I can't say anything bad about the hotel. You can get breakfast in the morning for $10 if you want it. They have free coffee for you available. Glad we stayed here.

Great location, great roof top lounge, great people.
This hotel is nicely located in the downtown core of Memphis. Very walkable to most attractions, close to the river if you're cruising. Surrounded by good restaurants and close to Beale St. And if you're lucky, as we were, you will get to meet Eboni at the front desk! She is charming, helpful and a delight to chat with. Enjoy Memphis!

I really enjoyed the rooftop bar with Camry and Gena. They were great and gave me a great recommendation on a restaurant . Parking and the gym are across the street.

We really could have not been more pleased by the people that work for the Madison (as a real team) the facilities, the food, the ambience, etc. If all of Memphis businesses had your corporate attitude, top to bottom towards its customers Memphis would be "ON FIRE"!!!! We will definitely be back again, soon!
