Great location, good people. Great food. Well organised for big groups
Rooms were great.,Friendly staff. Nancy assisted us the receiption. We checked as a group of 33 people from TradeMark Africa an we had a great time. The food was good. The garden is cool and ideal for retreats, team building, meetings and parties. The manager Mr. Pawan was available for us. I will make a return in the near future.

Attention! to! detail!
Went right after my wedding. As you can imagine my wife and I were completely knackered! Front desk staff were very helpful and got us settled in ASAP. Our room had some special arrangements, petals, congratulation messages and complimentary fruit bowls to welcome us. Couldn't take in much of the room. Just showered and slept. I did however notice the room and bathroom were PRISTINELY kempt, and the water pressure in the shower just takes all your troubles away 😍 Next morning, breakfast, that's when I got to see the actual place. The grounds are beautiful! Clean green grass. Tasteful props scattered across the gardens. We had breakfast on the terrace area overlooking the swimming pool. There's marvelous intended went into the design of each space, both interior and exterior. The terrace is the perfect place to unwind looking out onto the Limuru's green countryside. Service was very attentive. Every inch of this hotel, every nook and cranny is super clean. Which is very impressive considering all the colonial style wood paneling they have, chandeliers, walls sconces etc. I was very very impressed. The design blending the old with the new, the super attentive staff, the attention to detail, the insanely good value for money: honestly 10/10 😍

The service was amazing. The staff was so nice. Thankyou Joyce for being so kind and patient. It was a lovely stay with great food. The environment is beautiful and giving vintage vibes with beautiful rooms. I will totally be back with friends.

Exceptional Staff & Services
The service was exceptional, and the food absolutely top-notch! I could go on and on about the staff. The supervisor, James Mbanda, was incredibly responsive and handled all our requests with such diligence and grace. The hotel manager, Tom, was also exceptionally friendly and supportive. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s truly a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌👏
