Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Recommended Hotel ! I have stayed at this hotel several times when I visit New York for my business meetings, I wont change my mind to stay at different hotel . Best Hotel in New York . The reception is very professional and very helpfull , if you are going to stay Madison Avenue area , then choose The Towers at Lotte New York Palace, it is my favourite place to stay .

From the moment we arrived at the Lotte New York Palace, we knew our stay would be special — but Maurice took it to another level. I hadn’t realized Lotte Towers had its own review site so will also leave a review here. This is an excellent hotel for families with older kids. We had a corner suite on the 50th floor and it was fantastic. Two huge bedrooms and a huge living space with views out over the Chrysler building. Everywhere in midtown felt walkable, and the hotel is near the subway too. We walked to roadway shows and easily got trains to Yankee stadium and MSG.

From the friendly bellmen to Ani, at the concierge desk, we felt very welcomed and cared for. In our last day I asked Ani if we could book a private tour of the celebrated and historic Lotte hotel. She worked her magic and 90 minutes later we met Kevin Draper at NY Historical Tours for a fabulous tour of the hotel and important Midtown landmarks. I’ve been to NYC many times but saw it for the first time through an historian’s eyes. Simply magical. Thank you!
