We stayed at the Premier Inn Liverpool from Monday to Friday and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the docks, shops, and museums, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the dining area was also well-maintained. The self-service check-in was quick and efficient, although it did feel a little impersonal compared to a traditional check-in. We opted for the meal deal and had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day, which proved to be great value for money—especially for a budget-friendly trip. The food was good, with plenty of choice, and it made things very convenient after a day out. All in all, a satisfying stay in a great location—we would definitely consider staying again.

The location is on Hanover street with a Tesco across the road and theatre towards the train station, the value for money was good. You can get to the premier inn easily from the station once you know the way to go.There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel,it was quiet in the with people obeying the signs. It was safe and I felt welcomed in to the hotel. The rooms were clean with loads of space to get around. My only concern was that the room we were in wasn't shutting properly.Staff said to slam the door and maintenance knew all about it.

Unfortunately there were no staff present during repeated fire alarms causing confusion and danger; in the stairwell, guests excited, when others were simultaneously entering the lobby and climbing the stairs and attempting to use the lift. There was no staff communication with guests during *5* repeated fire alarms. Cutting real staff and replacing them with self check in devices therefore led to what could realistically have been a catastrophic event. Furthermore, windows to the room have been covered with another pane of glass. This means no windows will open. On arrival, the corridors smelt heavily of food and alcohol, coming from rooms. This is concerning in relation to the spread of viruses for both guests and cleaning staff. Continental pastries stale. Lack of breakfast selection. Poor quality foods. Staff lacked knowledge of safeguarding and safety of guests by shouting out my room number! A mother with two daughters. £140 for one night. Terrible. We will not return.
