Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

OH MY GOODNESS i am already counting down the seconds until I am back! We were treated like royals! Beatrice is the sweetest ever and made us feel SO loved and celebrated on our trip. Servers Junie, Sonny, Chris, Williams, Rachel, Elmina and the hostess Jessie and Alissa are just absolutely amazing. Jim on the beach was the BEST! He was so lovely to speak with and always there whenever we needed anything. Fitz and Frenda, our concierge, were amazing too! They really made us feel so special. Also Garth and the taco bar has the BEST voice!! Cant wait to be back!

The pool and beach crew ignored us and were all rude when we got their attention. One even questioned if I was a guest because we had a blue microfiber towel we brought from home due to my wife’s allergies. No one explained the flag system or the towel setup to us, so we ended up sitting in chairs with no towels. Once 5:00 hit, the beach crew was so eager to clean up that we felt unwelcome and just left. I agree with the comment that the only way to get attention is to tip $20 for each interaction, which is outrageous, even if I can afford it.

The hotel was newly renovated and really beautiful. It gives a serene, peaceful ambiance right on the water. The staff are extremely nice and they have great customer service- Jenise, Shameka, and Beatrice were always a pleasure to talk to.

Spacious accommodations in the Estate section, friendliest staff of all our Caribbean vacations (beach, restaurants, housekeeping). Good food all around. Fredna and Fritz, our concierge staff, made sure we were taken care of at every turn.

Sherlette pre arrival concierge was so helpful with our questions and with making dinner reservations and a bone fishing trip for my husband. Excellent job. Ramsey and Trey were also helpful. Sorry we didn’t get to thank Trey in person before we left but he did a wonderful job. A few little hiccups while we were at grace bay club. Had to call for housekeeping twice for the room to be made up and even tho the hot water kettle was out on the counter and it was obvious we made tea,the teabags were never replaced. Otherwise the room was beautiful with a wonderful view. Just a tip there is no elevator in the hotel building so if stairs are an issue reserve accordingly. Breakfast was great with food selection, but service here was hit or miss. The staff were all very friendly if not a little forgetful at times. Jean in the Infiniti bar makes the best cosmos and the service here and in the restaurant was outstanding. The beach…. Oh the beach was the best part. Just clear beautiful water and soft sand (that never got hot!) It was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and we mentioned that at check-in and when we made our reservation, it would have been nice if someone acknowledged that while we were there. All in all we would return to Grace Bay Club.

My wife and I just returned from the Grace Bay Club in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was a most wonderful experience!
