Very good experience
I recently stayed at Hyatt Amritsar for two nights with my wife and daughter, and it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we have had. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with every team member being courteous and attentive. The breakfast experience was excellent and was very well managed by Shivani, Vipul, and their team, who ensured that everything was perfect for the guests. A special thanks to Aryan for the warm welcome upon our arrival. We were also delighted by the wonderful room décor and delicious cake arranged by Nglinth, which made our stay even more memorable and special. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Amritsar team for making our family stay so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again.

Our checkout experience at Hyatt Regency Amritsar was disappointing. During checkout, we were asked to pay for items from the minibar, despite there being no clear information provided at check-in or in the room that these items were chargeable. In most hotels, guests may reasonably assume certain in-room refreshments are complimentary unless informed otherwise. The situation was particularly uncomfortable as the charge was raised only at checkout, which caused unnecessary embarrassment. We strongly recommend that guests be clearly informed at the time of check-in that minibar items are chargeable and that nothing should be assumed to be complimentary unless specifically stated. Additionally, the staff member's comment asking whether we had taken "other complimentary things in Amritsar" was inappropriate and unprofessional. Such remarks can make guests feel judged and are not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a luxury hotel. We hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future guests have a more transparent and pleasant experience.
