Staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Harry (our concierge) got us into every restaurant. The beach is clean and comfortable. The golf course (Cocotal) was fun and challenging enough.

I recently stayed here with my sister to celebrate my 50th birthday. The resort is gated which made us feel safer and the grounds are beautiful and maintained daily. We had an Oceanfront room in the reserve adult only section, it was worth the extra money. I loved waking up to the water view every morning. We had our own concierge, Harry, who was amazing! The food was good, nothing exceptional but good. We were not impressed with the restaurant that was only for the guests staying at the reserve, we both agreed that the other restaurants were better. The resort is large and we never felt like it was overcrowded. The pools are beautiful and they maintain the beach. It's more of a quieter resort, so if you are looking for something that has a lot of activities, this is not the place for you. They do have a few daily activities but not much. Everyone we encountered that worked at the resort was so nice and helpful. Fernando, who i believe ia the activities director, was very fun and personable. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a place to unwind.
