My husband and I stayed at The Phoenician in Arizona. It was the most beautiful place anyone could stay that wasn't on an ocean. They also have a spa to die for! This resort will have you stress free by the time you leave. There was so much to do on the property that you didn't have to even leave to enjoy yourself.

The Phoenician
Scottsdale, Arizona
Rising from the desert floor at the base of Camelback Mountain in the Sonoran Desert, The Phoenician redefines luxury. Located on a 250-acre sprawl in Arizona, this world-class resort tempts guests with its endless choices of amenities, including a 27-hole championship golf course, eleven lighted tennis courts, some of greater Phoenix's best dining destinations, and unsurpassed personal service through it all. This AAA Five-Diamond Award-winning property features nearly 600 rooms, suites and casitas, plus a separate boutique hotel cradled within the sprawling grounds.
The Phoenician, a member of the distinctive Starwood Hotels & Resorts, pleasantly entertains guests with its $25 million art collection displayed throughout the resort. The culinary offerings, which include two fine dining restaurants, also feature a few casual spots to kick back and enjoy a glass of fine wine. Several pools, including a relaxation pool, children's pool and a duo of pools shaped like grand pianos, are flanked with private cabanas. The spa and well-being center offers a diverse menu of treatments, and on-site boutiques provide chic shopping opportunities. The Local area provides a dynamic repertoire of activities, including horseback riding, mountain biking and other explorations of the enchanting Southwest landscape. A stay at The Phoenician is not just a getaway, it is a complete sensory experience.
