Loden Hotel Vancouver

This hotel is simply perfect! The staff are always welcoming and genuinely friendly. They happily provide recommendations for sightseeing, local events, and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are spotless. Most importantly, the location is fantastic, safe, convenient, and within walking distance of just about everything. We never had to worry about getting around. I would gladly stay here again when I visit the city. One thing I particularly appreciated was the diversity of the staff. With team members from different backgrounds and language abilities, it was easy to communicate and ask for assistance, even for guests who may not be completely comfortable speaking English. This made the experience feel much more welcoming.

I reserved four rooms for my family over the weekend, and every single one of them loved their stay. The biggest compliments from my family were how clean and quiet the hotel was. (My mother is particularly sensitive to cleanliness, she rarely touches anything without disposable gloves,so her approval speaks volumes.) She was very comfortable throughout the stay, which meant a lot to me. For me, the highlights were the exceptional service and the ease of the reservation process. Everything was arranged smoothly through a single email, and I would especially like to thank Marie for making the booking process effortless. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Alina, Nils, Sarah, Samuel, Catharine, and Jake at the front desk. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness stood out throughout our stay. They were especially considerate of my elderly parents, checking carefully about housekeeping preferences and accommodating various requests with patience and care. Despite traveling with a large group, the hotel’s location made everything incredibly convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, allowing my family to explore comfortably even late into the evening. Meeting up at popular restaurants and attractions was effortless, and we never felt inconvenienced during the trip. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was proud to have chosen this hotel for my family, and seeing how much they enjoyed their stay made it even more rewarding. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Have stayed many times at this hotel in the last five years . Great staff and a good restaurant downstairs which serves breakfast. You can also choose between free breakfast or valet parking. A good deal to consider especially as there are plenty of places to grab a bite locally in the morning around Robson Street. Rooms are a little corporate and could use a refresh. But this boutique spot still provides a little calm amongst all of the large chains cluttering the downtown hotel scene.

My wife and I had a wonderful two day stay at the Loden. The staff is exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind in their hospitality to guests. There were many special touches from a hand written welcome note in our room and chilled lemon water brought to us following check in . My wife loved the soaking tub and I was pleasantly surprised to find they had bikes available for use to ride through Stanley Park. Location is great. Only a few blocks to the water and Marina and a 5 minute walk to Robson street. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loden Hotel was the most perfect place to stay in Vancouver. It was in a fantastic location and had bikes to explore Stanley Park and Granville Island. We had wonderful guest service, they really went above and beyond. The gym was clean and quiet. The room design was chic and modern, with lots of light. I will definitely be back!
