Booking Conditions:

• Price does not include taxes, service charges, or ferry transfers. Mandatory 18% combined tax and service charge, based on purchase price, is payable to the resort directly. Roundtrip ferry transfers on the North Sound Express from Beef Island, Tortola to the resort are $70 per person. Late departures for arrivals to the resort are available after 7:30 PM and early departures from the resort to the airport are available prior to 6:45 AM. There is a mandatory $35 surcharge per person for late arrivals and early departures.
